Yes, we include the rigging and de-rigging of the tents along with furnishing the tents and installing flooring and lighting (if these options are included in the rental).
A full day must be allocated to build the tents. Depending on how many tents there are and what other options are chosen, we may be finished earlier in the day. De-rig usually takes less time but we still ask to allocate a day for that.
We are based in Denver, Colorado but offer our services throughout the USA. Delivery charge is based on distance from our Denver location.

Once we have provided you with a quotation, you will receive a booking form and an invoice requiring a 50% deposit (non-refundable). Once that is paid, your date will be secured and you can start planning!
Yes, these tents were originally used to withstand winter in Scandinavia. They must be heated to at least 54 degrees when used in the winter to prevent any snow build up.
